Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FrameMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

FrameMe is a mobile application that provides AI-powered photography coaching, including real-time guidance for lighting, composition, posing, and shot evaluation. The App uses on-device machine learning to analyze camera feeds and provide feedback.

Subscriptions and Payments

FrameMe offers optional premium features through subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by FrameMe and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

User Content

You retain all rights to photos you capture using the App. Photos are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for any content you create or share using photos taken with the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRAMEME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
