FrameMe ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.
The short version: Your photos and data stay on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit your images or personal information to any servers.
Information We Collect
Camera Access
FrameMe requires camera access to provide real-time photography coaching. All camera processing happens locally on your device. Images captured through the app are saved only to your device's photo library and are never uploaded to our servers.
Location Data
We request location access solely to calculate golden hour times for your area. Location data is processed on-device and is not transmitted to any external servers.
Analytics (Optional)
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify individual users and does not include any photos or personal information.
AI Processing
All AI-powered features including pose detection, lighting analysis, and composition guidance run entirely on your device using Apple's on-device machine learning frameworks. No images or AI analysis results are sent to external servers.
Data Storage
Photos you capture are saved to your device's photo library. App preferences and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data.
Third-Party Services
FrameMe may integrate with the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store for purchases and subscriptions
- RevenueCat for subscription management
These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
Children's Privacy
FrameMe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
